At Smash It Sports, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and equipment like bats remain in their original shrink-wrap.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
